What we collect
The application asks for your X handle, city, role, email connected to your paid Slack workspace, confirmation that your ecommerce business currently generates at least US$1 million in annual profit, a short description of the ecommerce project, and where you use AI agents. We do not request an exact profit figure, store name, store URL, or evidence.
How we use it
We use application details to review requests, contact applicants, and send a Slack Connect invitation if accepted. We also collect basic campaign attribution data to understand which outreach led to an application. We do not sell applicant data.
Storage and retention
Applications are stored in the site’s private database and are available only through the protected administrator view. We keep them while the community operates or until deletion is requested.
Third-party services
The site uses X advertising measurement when a campaign identifier is present. Accepted members use Slack, which processes information under its own policies. ECOM × AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Slack or X.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete an application, email hello@ecomaioperators.com.
